Victory Christian Ministries International (VCMI) is one church in many locations. Each dynamic ministry is specifically designed to build and strengthen a community-centered church.
VCMI wanted to improve their marketing and communications to their members and community, to grow and more effectively spread their message. Measuring the return on investment of the current communication strategy proved challenging. While convenient, their current print fleet was costly to maintain, and the funds used for printing could have been allocated more effectively within the church budget.
The team recognized two significant opportunities for TML to support Victory Christian Ministries International’s communication strategy and help maximize their budget:
- Identify unmanaged costs associated with supporting the print technology infrastructure
- Determine direct and indirect costs of the marketing and communication strategy
By leveraging Xerox Multi-Function Devices, TML’s Managed Print Services, XMPIE Variable Data Software, and a Xerox C75 Digital Color Press with a variety of finishing solutions, the church was able to increase the capabilities available at their fingertips. Through these newly implemented print technologies and policies, the church was able to accomplish their improved communication goals and create a sustainable strategy that provided an annual savings of over $5,000.
