Ben joined TML in March of 2015 as President where he is responsible for driving the strategic direction of TML for the Northern Virginia and the Washington D.C. metro area. Ben began his career at Lanier, working in progressive sales roles before moving on to Westbrook Technologies. At Westbrook he again held progressive roles in sales, rising to the Vice President level before joining The Northwest Group in 2011 as the Vice President of Sales. Ben is a graduate of University of Michigan. Ben and his wife Pamela relocated to Northern Virginia from the Puget Sound area of Washington State. They have three children, two sons and a daughter.
Richard Morenzoni, Jr.
CMA Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Finance
Richard Morenzoni, Jr. joined TML in 1997 as Controller, and became CFO and Vice President of Finance in 2004. Rick received his degree in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. He has extensive experience in cost accounting in manufacturing and printing environments. He is responsible for all financial and administrative functions at TML. Rick has always been involved with local non-profits, and currently serves as treasurer of the Bull Run Rotary Foundation. He and his wife, Mary, reside in Gainesville, Virginia, with their rescue dog Kensie.
Vice President of Human Relations & Director of Logistics
Alyssa Brown oversees Human Resources and Logistics initiatives for TML. A Virginia native, Ms. Brown studied Organizational Communication at Virginia Commonwealth University and George Mason University, and earned her Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. Alyssa also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She and her husband, Chris, live in Loudoun County, and enjoy traveling and visiting local craft breweries.
Vice President of Service
Mona joined TML in 2017 as Vice President of Service. She began her Xerox career at COTG, where she was responsible for cost-saving analysis and implementations that saved the company and customers millions in expenses. She also trained managers from across the country, and was ultimately selected 2016’s Leader of the Year. Mona and her husband, Matt, relocated to Northern Virginia from Chicago with their three daughters.
